Dulip Soysa

Having Completed his Secondary and Tertiary Education in renowned Colleges and Universities in Sri Lanka and Europe, Dulip has over 25 years experience in General Management and Marketing in respected public quoted companies in Sri Lanka and Multinational Companies. His wide scope of Industry experience ranges from consumer electronics, manufacturing, Agri mechanization, automobile to HVAC.

A young B2B business development professional with versatile skill set developed through education and experience in construction supplies, steel manufacturing and activated carbon technology. Arun specializes in process management and lean production. He is constant in brining continuous improvement to always look for methods to improve safety, quality and quantity of production in his domain.

Vivek Mittal
Non-Executive Director
Vivek is a non-executive Director of Anya Power and also is the CEO of AfIDA – a non-profit association of leading infrastructure developers and investors in African energy and infrastructure projects. In a career spanning twenty-seven years, he has co-founded and led three renewable energy companies in India, CEE and USA, and prior to this held senior project finance roles at ING Bank, Enron Europe, Edison Capital Europe and Bank of Scotland (last as global head of Energy & Utilities). He has financed several innovative and first-of-a-kind power and renewable energy projects in over thirty countries around the world. He holds a MBA from Rotterdam School of Management (The Netherlands), and MSc (Instrumentation) from BITS, Pilani, India
Nishan Fernando
Non-Executive Independent Director
Nishan counts over 25 years of experience holding senior positions in the fields of Accounting and Finance. A Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) of UK. He has been a member of the Statutory Accounting Standards Committee which he Chaired from 2009-2013 and is a Past President of CA Sri Lanka, a member of the Accounting and Auditing Standards Monitoring Board and of the Securities and Exchange Commission. He also serves as the Managing Director of BDO Consulting (Private) Limited and as Chairman of First Capital Holdings PLC.

An exceptional Board of Directors, Commissioners and Advisors support our executive team and ensure transparent review and Corporate Governance function.
Our customers are diverse, including utilities, governments, local communities and commercial power users. We are also developing strategic partnerships with small-scale project developers, contractors, equipment suppliers, companies and investors seeking to source and invest in commercially viable renewable energy assets as we aggregate existing and greenfield projects into our portfolio
